Here is a non-exhaustive list of software I’m currently using. This is list was last updated on 2024-06-30.

  • vi / vim - for the quick & dirty edits
  • nedit - sometimes, lots of colleagues like it
  • Emacs - been using it for more than 25 years, sometimes also as its Xemacs variant
  • VSCodium - taking advantage of the features of a modern IDE, without telemtry and tracking as in the original VSCode
